Questions

How do I know a review here is real?

Every verified review carries a receipt code and a link to the blockchain transaction that notarised it. Open the link and you leave Crediio entirely — the timestamp and the fingerprint are readable on the chain explorer, independent of anything we say. If the review text had been altered since it was written, the fingerprint would no longer match.

Can a business delete a review it does not like?

No, and neither can we on request. A business can reply publicly beneath any review. Reviews are removed only where they break the rules, are unlawful, or where the person who wrote them asks. Because each one is fingerprinted on a chain, a silent deletion shows as a gap.

What is the difference between a review and a testimonial?

A verified review comes from a real customer after a recorded request following an actual visit — both the request and the answer are timestamped. A testimonial is an opinion submitted directly, with no verified visit behind it. They sit in separate tabs, are labelled differently, and testimonials never count toward the verified score.

Does anyone get paid to write a review?

No. Crediio pays nothing for reviews — not money, not tokens, not credits — and never will. A paid review is a compromised review however securely it is stored. That is the single clearest difference between Crediio and every blockchain review project that came before it.

Can a business pay to improve its rating?

No. Advertising can be bought and is always labelled as advertising. It never changes a rating, never reorders reviews, and never pushes a competitor down. You can pay to be seen. You cannot pay to look better than you are.

How does a business get listed?

Write to business@crediio.app with the name and address. Ownership is confirmed before any control of the page is granted, so nobody can claim a business they do not run. If you already collect reviews through Renomex, they appear here automatically.

Type your business name and town, press the button, and your page is live in seconds. Built with proper local markup so search engines and AI assistants can actually read it. It stays free, and you can remove it with one click.

Found this useful? Make Crediio a preferred source so our answers appear when you search Google about a business.

Every review here links to its own chain record. Tap the transaction and it opens on richxscan.com, where the timestamp and the fingerprint can be read independently of this site. That is the difference between a review you are asked to trust and one you can check. Advertising, where it appears, is always labelled and never affects a rating or the order of reviews.
